ONE DAY
What do I see,
when I look at you?
My child of love, 
with a heart that's true.

What do you see,
when you look at Me?
The Almighty Creator,
or Friend Who died for thee?

So many times,
I want to bring you home,
end your suffering,
sit you next to My throne.

What good would come,
if you were not ready?
So, I must wait and watch,
you endure and become steady.

One Day the books will open.
All will be told.
So, rest today for then,
