DANIEL 12:3 And the teachers and those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament; and those who turn many to righteousness — to uprightness and right standing with God (shall give forth light) like the stars forever and ever. Amp.
Star – d) any of the heavenly bodies seen as small fixed points of light in the night sky.
Darkness – c) misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow, wickedness, withholding the Light.
Light – c) Happiness, bright, clear, morning, sun.
This is speaking about the last days because there is a time of trouble such as has never been before. That can only mean the wrath of God is being poured out. He has never poured out His wrath before. There is just nothing to compare it to.
If you study the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse, the 7 Seals, the 7 Trumpets and the 7 Vials in the book of Revelation you see 1/4 mankind killed and 1/3 mankind killed. You see how the world reacted to the Coronavirus. That does not come close to the suffering that is coming, I believe very soon.
In this country there were only reports of deaths due to the Coronavirus. After all this time I only know personally of 1 person who died from what they said was the Coronavirus. If it was a true pandemic it would have affected many, many people.
Where are they? I believe it was the 2nd horse of the Apocalypse that takes peace away from the earth. It was a pandemic of fear. How will the people react when death is all around and they can do nothing about it. That is what is coming.
Isaiah 60:2 For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and dense darkness shall cover the earth, but the Lord shall arise upon you, O Jerusalem, and His glory shall be seen on you.
3. And nations shall come to your light and kings to the brightness of your rising.
This is talking about the same remnant of God that will arise and shine. Many will see Jesus in them and be saved. This is the final outpouring. There will be so much suffering outside, but inside of God’s Last Days Church there will be great shouting with joy unspeakable. We will have “Church” like never before!
We just have to be prepared for what is coming. I think many close there minds to the painful possibilities of what might occur so they are not ready. How do you get ready for the end?
Jesus knows everyday of your life and will protect you from all harm if He is your refuge. But how many say He is their refuge, but when they get sick or in trouble run to man for help instead of waiting upon the Lord?
Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived and deluded and misled: God will not allow Himself to be sneered at — scorned, disdained or mocked by mere pretentions or professions, or His precepts being set aside. He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God. For whatever a man sows, that only is what he will reap. 8. For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap decay and ruin and destruction; but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap life eternal. Amp.
Psalm 91 has many, many promises that we need to claim as our own.
9. Because you have made the Lord your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place,
10. There shall no evil befall you, nor any plague or calamity come near your tent.
He must be your dwelling place and refuge. That is the only way to be safe and prepared for what is ahead. He is right here and now waiting at the door of our heart. Let us let Him in and bow to His every command!
Our omnipotent Lord will shield all those who dwell with Him; they will remain in His care as guests under the protection of their host. No shelter, real or imagined, can compare to the protection of Jehovah’s shadow. What a shade in the day of burning heat! What a refuge in the time of deadly storm! Communion with God is safety. The closer we cling to our Almighty Father the more confident we can be.
