PSALM 68:19 Blessed be the Lord, Who bears our burdens and carries us day by day, even the God Who is our salvation! Selah!
There are so many good things in Psalm 68. I love verse 19. He takes such good care of us. When we read how He bears our burdens for us it builds our faith, and we can rest knowing everything is okay. We could not make it through with any victory at all without Him carrying us through.
Verse 20 says He is a God of deliverances and salvation. He looks for ways to deliver us and to save us from the clutches of death. When all we see is fear, all He sees is the way out for us. We have to know we have an all-powerful God Who will never rest until we are safely at home with Him.
Verses 24-26 tell us to put the singers in front of the players of instruments with the tambourines between. We are to give thanks and gratefully praise God.
Verse 28 says He has commanded our strength in His service with an impenetrable hardness to temptation. In other words, we have His great strength and might. We have no excuse not to fight. The battle is won because we are not capable of defeat!
Finally at the end in verse 35 He gives strength and fullness of might to His people. We have no excuse to grow weary and sit down in despair when times get rough and they will get rough. When we feel the weakness in ourselves we are to put our eyes on His power and promise to us and rise above the weakness. He will provide all the power we need.
If He calls us to be overcomers and defeat the enemy, will He not make away for us to do so?
PSALM 20:6 Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand. Amp.
Happy Motherβs Day! I pray you had a blessed one.

Thank you, Desi. I did. The Lord made things happen that brought my 2nd daughter home and she went to church with me on Mother’s Day. Everyone was so nice to her. It was great and she did like it. I know she did not plan it. It was all from Him so I am blessed. I hope you had a blessed one also. Thanks for asking.π€

Wendy that is such great news that your daughter was home with you. God is working in your family. I too had a great Mother’s Day. We went to church then dinner and later that evening my husband said we had to leave the house at 6:30pm. Girl, he had booked me an hour full body massage. I loved it. What a way to end the celebration with a massage relaxation.
