“ASK OF ME” DAY OF THE LORD FEBRUARY 25, 2023

PSALM 2:8

8. Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations as Your inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for Your possession. Amp.

This is the Father talking to Jesus. We know He is coming back to rule and reign on the earth after the wrath has been poured out on the wicked. There will be those whom He has prayed for that were saved. These are not those who will rule and reign with Him, but those who will make up the population of the new earth.

We know He did pray this prayer and all of His prayers were answered. This is also a promise for His body. We can also pray for the nations and be a part of this great harvest of souls.

REVELATION 2:26-27

26. And he who overcomes (is victorious) and who obeys My commands to the very end – doing the works that please Me – I will give him authority and power over the nations;

27. And he shall rule them with a scepter (rod) of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, and his power over them shall be like that which I Myself have received from My Father;

Those who rule and reign with Jesus are the overcomers. Now they have the same scepter that Jesus has. They have power and authority over the nations. How do you rule nations? When they begin to do things wrong, they will be stopped by the power of God. Things will not just be let go, like they are now.

There will be only a remnant that will make it through, but Jesus will rule them, and life will not be like it is today. The media will not have the effect it has now. The music will all be the songs of God.

HABAKKUK 2:14 But the time is coming when the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

How wonderful life will be when the world is filled with the knowledge of His glory. That means filled with all that He is which now we see such a small part. We will spend every moment learning of Him. And we will never run out of things to learn throughout eternity. That is how vast He is.

1 Chronicles 29:11 Yours O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty; for all that is in the heavens and the earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and Yours it is to be exalted as head overall.
