LOOK AT THE FLOWER

Look at the flower.
How does it bloom?
For it has no power,
to open so soon.

It travels a path,
such as we do.
The seed must die in the dark,
before the sprout is new.

It needs the water.
We need the Spirit's flow.
It needs the heat.
We need the Son to grow!

Then the night falls.
It closes its leaves and rests.
We have trials that need,
our soul to calmly endure the test.

Daylight after daylight,
brings New Life,
all around the plant,
new buds among the strife.

See how it grows.
It opens in its time.
Beauty and fragrance it shows.
Our beautiful lesson to shine!
