PSALM 65:1-5

  1. Praise waiteth for Thee, O God in Zion: and unto Thee shall the vow be performed.
  2. O Thou that hearest prayer, unto Thee shall all flesh come.
  3. Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, Thou shalt purge them away.
  4. Blessed is the man whom Thou choosest, and causest to approach unto Thee, that he may dwell in Thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of Thy house, even Thy holy temple. KJV.

This is a joyful Psalm of David. He is singing it to the Lord. He knows the value of praise and to Whom it should be given. He is honoring Him by knowing that He hears our prayers. All will come to Him eventually. We must admit our sins and turn from them so they will not prevail and have the upper hand.

Then he says how blessed is the man whom You choose to draw near and dwell in your courts. What a blessing to dwell or live in His court or yard. He knows because the Lord chose and brought David close to Him.

There is no place on this earth that can satisfy us like the Lord’s goodness. We were created to praise and love Him. Our hearts are empty without Him. David experienced this as we have. Our sun shines when we are close, and the darkness is dreadful if He blocks our sun. But He is faithful to cleanse us and prepare us to be as close to Him as possible.

Psalm 65:5 By fearful and glorious things that terrify the wicked, but make the godly sing praises do you answer us in righteous…

If we follow the Lamb wherever He goes, at least in my life He does not lead me in front of any screen to watch images that will bring fear in my heart. I believe there have been enough signs to prove that the Lord’s coming is very, very soon.

Daniel 12:1 says there will be a time of trouble such as never was. We can expect terrible things to happen. It does not mean we have to feed our spirit on the scenes of these disasters. Instead, we are to rejoice because soon we will see that white horse coming through the clouds to fight the last battle and lead us on to dwell with Him if we are ready.

All this is intended to terrify the wicked into repentance. We are to focus on reaping the last days harvest and pray for all the saints to have the needed strength to endure till He comes.

Times will get worse and there will be a lot of death before He comes. I believe we are at the time of the 2nd Seal which takes away peace. What takes away our peace but fear. All this is meant to scare us and steal our faith. It is better to not fill up on tragedy but on praising His goodness and His Holy Name in His house where there is no tragedy but all peace and safety.

We must learn to dwell in His presence for that will prepare us to be ready to be physically raptured. We must first be spiritually raptured in order to be physically raptured. Eph. 2:5-6
