REVELATION 14:6-7
6. And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
7. Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to Him; for the hour of His judgment is come: and worship Him that made heaven and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
The angel is saying the time of judgment is now. And because of His judgment it is time to worship Him who made all things. Why is he saying to worship the Lord now? When we worship the Lord, we come into His presence where we are safe. He put Moses in the cleft of the rock as He passed by so he would be safe.
He said no man shall see My face and live. In Rev. 6:15-16 men are hiding from His face. When judgment comes His face will be looking down upon the earth. It is time to be in His presence or the cleft of the rock. We are to seek His face continually not run away from it.
Psalm 27:8-9
8. When thou saidst, Seek ye My face; my heart said unto Thee, Thy face, Lord will I seek.
9. Hide not Thy face far from me; put not Thy servant away in anger: Thou has been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. KJV.
When we seek His face, we are looking and asking to know more about Him. We want to see His face as we draw near to Him. The closer we get, the cleaner we get. He gradually cleanses us from our sins, and we are able to be close to Him. He wanted Moses to draw closer to Him. He was teaching Moses and us the way. Moses bowed and worshipped the Lord for the first time when His glory passed by.
The closer we get to Him the more we will love and worship Him. This is only by the Blood of Jesus who has paid the price for us to worship and be able to draw near to Him.
Now we must separate ourselves from the distractions of the age. There is a reason why there is access to so many cable stations, so many devices making it so easily obtained. These are distractions that enter the mind and hinder God’s presence. Satan knows he has a short time left and is throwing every weapon he has to stop you from seeing the glory of God that is being manifested in these last days.
If you hang onto the pleasures of this world, you will not see the glory until it is too late. Nothing compares to the beauty of His presence and the love that He pours into our hearts when He arises.
Who and what do you worship? It will become apparent in these last days because the Lord will reveal it to all. It will be made clear who loves and serves the Lord. They will be safe, happy and protected while the world is running away into the holes of the earth.
Isaiah 35:2 … they shall see the glory of the Lord, the majesty and splendor and excellency of our God.
