PSALM 34

14. Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

15. The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and His ears are open unto their cry.

16. The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.

17. The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. KJV

There are many benefits in Psalm 34. We have listed only a few. One main benefit is to depart from evil. We know evil has many disguises. If we want to be in the Lord’s will, we must examine our life and make sure we are acceptable to Him. We must do good and seek His peace.

Then His eyes will always be upon us, that is a safe place to be. When His ears are open to our cry, He is right there to heal. He knows every hurt and will make it a priority to heal us. When He comes back His face will be in the sky and all will see it. Either we will run to Him or away from Him. And this is eternal,

If we can live in sin and it not affect us, then we are lost and have never been safe. 1 John 3:9 says. “No one born (begotten) of God deliberately and knowingly habitually practices sin, for God’s nature abides in him and His principle of life, the divine sperm, remains permanently within him and he cannot practice sinning because he is born (begotten) of God. Amp. C.

We must see things the way He sees them and not the world. This is time to seek the Lord and allow Him to cleanse and change us. Soon it will be too late!
