EPHESIANS 3
19. That you may really come to know – practically, through experience for yourself – the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge (without experience); that you may be filled through all your being, unto all the fullness of God – that is may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself! Amp. C.
The love of Christ is what saves us. We love Him because He first loves us. We all need love. And His love is the strongest force in the Universe. If He is love, then what power is that wonderful love made from?
We can ask a million questions about His love. But the only way to learn about His love is to experience it personally for ourselves. We must draw near to Him and open our lives up to Him. We must let Him in and give our lives to Him. That feeling in our heart is what changes us. It is His presence.
We must learn to trust Him and follow Him. According to John 14:21-25, if we love Him, we will obey His commandments. Then He will come and dwell in our hearts. Then we can learn all about His love by experiencing His presence and letting it fill you up.
His love isn’t just known, it’s felt.
When we surrender and obey, He fills us with His presence.
There’s nothing greater than the love of Christ. 🙏
