PSALM 22

3. But You are holy, O You Who dwell in the holy place where the praises of Israel are offered. Amp. C.

We must enter His gates with thanksgiving in our hearts and into His courts with praise. He dwells where our praises go. So, does He want us to praise Him?

Praise is vital to a healthy soul. We must sing songs that express His praise. There again we cannot sing songs about ourselves and expect to come into His presence. Satan is working overtime to keep God’s people out of His presence because that is the place of power and victory.

We must pray about the songs we sing. We must cover them in the blood of Jesus and bind Satan so that He has no influence on what we sing and when we sing it. If you only sing on Sundays and Wednesdays at Church, then you will be empty and dry the rest of the week.

It is like manna we must get up every day and gather it. Yesterdays is not good. We need a new supply every day. Satan cannot mess with us when we are in the Holy Place and filled with His Spirit.

Psalm 84:4 Blessed – happy fortunate, (to be envied), – are those who dwell in Your house and Your presence: they will be singing Your praises all the day long. Selah! Amp. C.

We must desire to dwell in His house. That is where we are safe. The more we communicate with Him and sing praises and worship Him the more we are in His house.

We must remember that we are to be separate from this world and the things of it. Separate means cut off.

Psalm 26:4 I do not sit with false persons, nor fellowship with pretenders. Amp. C.

What does the scripture say? We are to watch where we go and who we sit with. If we are separate, does He want sinners cooking your food? Yet how many Christians continually go out to eat?

We must pray and bind Satan about everything we do if we want to dwell in the House of the Lord! We must sing songs that honor Him and not talk about our sinfulness. If He forgets our sins, then He does not want us to sing about them.

When we come into His House we must choose our words carefully. We are in the Holy Place where the Praises are offered. That is what we are to do.
