ISAIAH 24
- Behold, the Lord will make the land and the earth empty, and make it waste, and turn it upside down – twist the face of it – and scatter abroad its inhabitants.
5. The land and the earth also are defiled under their inhabitants; because they have transgressed the laws, disregarded the statutes, broken the everlasting covenant. Amp. C.
This is a picture of the very last of the last days. We know how they have insulted the Laws of God, taking them down from the walls of the courthouses. We see how when they took prayer out of school it has become a school for demons. I would not send my kid there. They ignore Jesus and trust in man which is breaking the everlasting covenant.
We can see the devastation in North Carolina and Florida from the recent storms. It kind of fits verse 1. David Wilkerson used to talk about a blanket judgement on a nation. When a nation is under God’s judgment or wrath, the people have to endure. He always spoke about the coming judgment on this nation. We have been overdue for judgment for years. We know if He judged Israel, He would have to judge the U.S.
14. But these who have escaped and remain will lift up their voices, they will shout; for the majesty of the Lord, they will cry aloud from the Sea.
The Lord always has a remnant that survives. They have been prepared and are loyal and faithful to the Lord. While the world is questioning God’s goodness because this was not supposed to happen.
I do not believe the Lord orchestrated the recent devastation. I believe He allowed it because of the land’s idolatry. He does not hold the first place in the hearts of this land. So, He gives it over to the enemy to bring about repentance. It is all prophesied.
Daniel 7:7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth; it devoured and brake in pieces and stamped the residue with the feet of it; and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. KJV
This is the Anti-Christ beast of Revelation 13. He is exceedingly dreadful and will have his way in the last days. Has it begun? And Jesus shall reign!
