ISAIAH 28
5. But in that (future Messianic) day the Lord of hosts shall become a crown of glory and a diadem of beauty to the remnant of His people.
6. And a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment and administers the law, and strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate. Amp.
DEFINITIONS
Diadem – c) a crown as encircling the head; also a turn of affairs; morning.
There is a promise in the last days from the Lord that will help His remnant through the hard times. He is the promise we all need. This promise is especially beautiful for His beloved. He shall become a crown of glory. Crown is a symbol of ruling and authority. This definition is based on a turn of affairs meaning victory.
He will turn things around making them the head and not the tail. The last shall be first. In verse 6 He is speaking of those who fight the enemy. Satan has had the upper hand for so long over the Church. But now things are changing. His glory will arise like the sun in the morning. He will light up the way. He will come in and His presence will change things.
The enemy will flee. He will have to bow to the Lord’s people because He dwells within them. The Lord’s glory is there. His glory is an abundance of Who He is. What is He? What has He been given?
Revelation 5:12 Saying in a loud voice, worthy is the Lamb that was sacrificed to receive all the power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and majesty (glory and splendor) and blessing! Amp.
I don’t believe His remnant could possibly have a need that He cannot fulfill. He does not just put a crown on their heads. He is their crown. Isaiah 62:3-4 say more of this. They are beautiful and prosperous and a crown of glory and honor in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem exceedingly beautiful in the hand of your God.
They will be no more forsaken but called Hephzibah (My delight is in her), and Beulah (that is Married) meaning owned and protected by the Lord. He will make a distinction between His people in the last days and all will know who His remnant is.
They shall praise the Lord who have gathered the grain. It will not be taken away or stolen ever again. They will prepare the way because it is the Lord Who does this. For soon He will take up His throne. He is getting all things ready.
Isaiah 62:11 Behold, the Lord has proclaimed to the end of the earth, Say to the daughter of Zion, Behold your salvation comes in the person of the Lord; behold, His reward is with Him and His work and recompense before Him.
12. And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the Lord; and you shall be called Sought out, A city not forsaken.

I love these songs. Great blog post too!
Thank you so much! I love your flowers, especially the Ornamental Kale and the Barbi dress, So beautiful!
I use the word “Verdant” in some Posts. In Rev. 9:4 it is the definition of the Greek word for Green. The Lord wants us to be verdant. So you have a very special garden!
Thank you. You’re so sweet!
I’ve always felt the Lord gave me that Verdant garden name. I had it in my head when I envisioned my green garden oasis. He does do wonders for us doesn’t He? I feel as if my garden is a gift God gave me to share with everyone.
You know that it is a gift from the Lord. He makes all that beauty grow just for you and to share with others. You are truly blessed.
