ISAIAH 4
2. In that day the Branch of the Lord shall be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the land shall be excellent and lovely to those who have escaped of Israel.
There will be a remnant in the last days that will be filled with the Holy Spirit so much that they will be excellent, beautiful and glorious. But not before they endure the judgment and spirit of burning and sifting from the Lord (verse 4).
Verse 3 says they will be holy in Jerusalem. What is holy but sanctified and separate from this world. They will be a holy people who follow the lamb wherever He goes. And He does not go to fleshly places of entertainment or places to eat. Those things are just not what Jesus would do.

Then after the sanctification of Jerusalem the Lord does a marvelous thing. He creates over every dwelling of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud and smoke by day and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory shall be a canopy – a defense of divine love and protection. verse 5
He not only protects those He has sanctified but her assemblies meaning where she goes to church or fellowships with. The wrath of God will be poured out, but His people will have His divine covering protecting them.
REVELATION 12:14 But the woman was supplied with the two wings of a giant eagle, so that she might fly from the presence of the serpent into the desert (wilderness to the retreat) where she is to be kept safe and fed for 3 and 1/2 years.
This sounds like the rapture except she is in the wilderness and not in heaven. But she is kept safe by the power of the Holy Spirit in the form of the wings of a great eagle. We must also pick up our wings of the Spirit daily and fly up into the heavenly realm where we are out of the reach of the devil.
This is the same woman in Isaiah who has been washed by the blast of judgment. Now her assemblies are protected with her, but Satan comes after them as her descendants in Rev.12:17 and they need protection and will have it.
