PSALM 25
9. He leads the humble in what is right, and the humble He teaches His way.
10. All the paths of the Lord are mercy and steadfast love, even truth and faithfulness are thy for those who keep His covenant and His testimonies. Amp.
A humble man is one who depends on the Lord. He asks for help to find the right path always. A prideful man needs not to ask because he knows it all. He is independent of God when the humble man depends on God. He teaches the humble man because he does not know it all.
The paths of the Lord are mercy, steadfast love, truth and faithfulness. The way we take can be so wonderful if we take His way. Our way can get so cluttered up with messes. If we follow the Lamb wherever He goes, we will be on a beautiful road.
Psalm 16:11 You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy, at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore. Amp.
We all quote this. Just see how wonderful life is supposed to be. He wants us to know fullness of joy. He wants us to enjoy pleasures forever. If not, this verse would not say what it does. He came to give us abundant life. He came and defeated death and darkness. Then why do most walk-in darkness?
Isaiah 60:2 For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and dense darkness all peoples; but the Lord shall arise upon you, O Jerusalem, and His glory shall be seen on you. Amp.
DEFINITIONS
Darkness -c) misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow, wickedness; withholding the light, hide.
Separate -d) cut off.
In the last days darkness will be all around. But the Lord is forever showing us the way into His light. We must come out from the world and be separate. Separate means cut off. It means you cannot hold onto corner of it. Cut off means cut off. Darkness means cut off from the light. He will give us what we want.
We can choose the path of light or the path of death. It includes misery, sorrow, ignorance and wickedness. That is the opposite of fullness of joy.
How many live in fullness of joy and pleasures forevermore?
