MATTHEW 24:43
43. But understand this; that had the householder known in what part of the night or morning watch the thief was coming, he would have watched and would not have allowed his house to be undermined and broken through.
44 You also must be ready therefore; for the Son of man is coming at an hour when you do not expect Him.
How do we make sure that we are ready when He comes?
We must have food in our storehouse. We must give the Lord His part so there is food in His house as it says in Malachi 3:10. We must give Him our tithes and offerings meaning physical and spiritual or we are robbers. We can’t have the Lord call us robbers and be ready. He will rebuke the devourer which means we will be safe in the last days.
It is so very important that we give Him our best. Then everything else will fall into place.
- We would not be in the world.
- We would be acquainted with Him.
- We would not be appropriating to our own use what belongs to God.
- We would be reaping the blessings of Mal. 3:10.
- We would be seated next to Jesus in the heavenly realm.
- We would be ready and waiting for Him.
- We would be at rest with our eyes on Jesus.
Matthew 24:45 Who then is the faithful, thoughtful and wise servant, whom His master has put in charge of His household to give to the others the food and supplies at the proper time? Amp.
