ISAIAH 35:1-2
- THE WILDERNESS AND THE DRY LAND SHALL BE GLAD, THE DESERT SHALL REJOICE AND BLOSSOM AS THE ROSE. 🌹
- IT SHALL BLOSSOM ABUNDANTLY AND REJOICE EVEN WITH JOY AND SINGING; THE GLORY OF LEBANON, SHALL BE GIVEN TO IT, THE EXCELLENCY OF MOUNT CARMEL AND THE PLAIN OF SHARON. THEY SHALL SEE THE GLORY OF THE LORD, THE MAJESTY AND SPLENDOR AND EXCELLENCY OF OUR GOD.
DEFINITIONS
Blossom -d) to begin to thrive or flourish; develop.
Blossom -c) to fly (as extending the wings), to break forth.
Sharon -c) to be straight, right and prosperous.
Lebanon -c) White Mountain.
Carmel -c) fruitful (plentiful) field.
The wilderness is a place of testing like that of the Israelites. They had to do without many things so the Lord could supply them and show them His way.
They rebelled at every turn bringing God’s disfavor. All He wants from us is really what He deserves. If we say He is the creator of all then we should live our lives like He is the Almighty Creator. He can create whatever we need. So, we should trust.
The wilderness in the scripture has been refined and passed all the tests the Lord has sent. Now she has blossomed. We know what a flower looks like when it blossoms. What does a person look like when they blossom?
The definition of the Hebrew word means to fly as with wings. This is what Revelation 12:14 is saying. The woman is given 2 wings of a giant eagle that she might fly from the presence of the serpent or devil. This means she has gotten the victory over the enemy. She is straight, right and prosperous.
She is an overcomer, and all will see her as a white mountain and a fruitful field as she blossoms and flourishes. All her prayers are being answered and she is beholding the Lord in His Beauty, Glory and Majesty.
We must live our life enduring the trials the Lord sends, not forcing our way but allowing Him to lead us and refine us. This is the best reward He can give. It does not mean we are always going to do the right thing but that we go through the fire and come out refined. We can learn from our failures and be changed by the fire.
ISAIAH 35:10 And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with singing, and everlasting joy shall be upon their heads; they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away. Amp.
This spoke to me today, “It does not mean we are always going to do the right thing but that we go through the fire and come out refined. We can learn from our failures and be changed by the fire.” Amen. Thank you for your obedience to write what the Lord puts on your heart. God bless you sister. Have a great day!

I know I have learned more when I fail. I never forget the lesson. Failure is painful and you do not want to repeat it. The Lord’s mercy is extra sweet when we fail. Thank you Donna for listening. You made my day! 🤗

I wanted to be on Facebook to, but the Lord shut that door for me. Just pray about it and make sure He wants you there. I believe Facebook is a dangerous place. At least for me. I am in Kentucky. I was hoping you were closer. I bet it gets cold where you are.

It sure does het.cold.here. I moved here from Ohio over 10 years ago. Much warmer there. I really do hate the cold. But summer is nice.
Please pray for my daughter Kimberly. She has had bad back pain for 3 days. Doesn’t know how or what happened. She was crying about it and NEVER does that. Thank you!

No, we are closer to Illinois. My husband would love to be up north, though. Me, I’d rather be at the beach. Thanks for praying for my daughter Kimberly.

It still must be so cold. But I think we adjust wherever we might be. Wasn’t your back hurting a while back. I’ll bet it is the same thing on Kimberly.
