ZECHARIAH 5:3-4
3. Then he said to me, “This is the curse that goes out over the face of the whole land; for everyone who steals shall be cut off from henceforth according to it; and everyone who swears falsely shall be cut off from henceforth according to it.
4. I will bring the curse forth, says the Lord of Hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him who swears falsely by My name; and it shall abide in the midst of his house and shall consume it, both its timber and its stones. Amp.
He will bring judgment on not only liars but on false worshippers. He is looking inside the heart every Sunday and listens to the words we sing. He knows who is truthful and who is not. Worship is a very serious matter to the Lord. When your spouse says they love you, you sure want it to be true. He has every right to require the same from us.
In the last days there is so much persecution of the true believers that many are being attacked in their finances, properties and reputation by others who do not even know Satan is using them.
I have been attacked by foolish lawsuits based on lies to keep me from my prayer time. I kept praying and did not go to court and lost by default. But the Lord has always taken care of me. My financial losses never affected me in any great way. The most painful part was how so many were so quick to believe lies and stole my reputation.
However, I do believe if I had not prayed that day, it would have affected me a lot worse and those for whom I prayed. We must be very careful about our prayer time. We must recognize the enemy’s tactics and not give in to them and fight unnecessary battles carnally. He is the judge and those who attack His Church will be judged. We will be recompensed for our losses.
OBADIAH 17
17. But on Mount Zion (in Jerusalem) there shall be deliverance, for those who escape, and it shall be holy; and the house of Jacob shall possess their own former possessions.
The Lord will bless His own not only financially and their former possessions but with deliverance. He sees our heart’s deepest needs and will bring wholeness to our lives. His goodness is so very deeply comforting in times of trials and suffering.
PROVERBS 19:23
23. The reverent, worshipful fear of the Lord leads to life, and he who has it shall rest satisfied; he cannot be visited with actual evil. Amp.

Wenda, I am quite familiar with these lawsuits. As a real estate investor, we are often targeted by those seeking an easy payday!! I hate court and I never, ever want to go, but my husband has been blessed with the legal savvy to endure and he often wins ours cases..even without a lawyer!! But like you…I am the one who stays home and prays, and intercedes, and The Lord has never failed us…even when we have lost the case🙏🏾

I am not glad you had to go through it, but I am glad I am not alone. I thought it was because I was a widow. Satan threw so much at me when I became a widow. It was terrible. You name it, it happened. But I learned a lot and it is now over. Be thankful for hubby. Cheryl was with me and stood by me through a lot. The Lord always has the final say. I learned that one!🙏💪🙏

I love that Obadiah verse…
On mount Zion, there shall be deliverance.
Lawsuits are very spiritual and can be used to frustrate believers.
I always pray in Ephesians 3 that God will strengthen me in the Inner man.

We bear it for now, knowing that He will fight our cause, and he will hold us steady, because the real prize is just ahead. The treasures of this world are what they fight over, but we know that it will all come to dust, except for those who trust in Him.
