“SEEK THE LORD” DAY OF THE LORD DECEMBER 11, 2022

PSALM 105:3-4

3. Glory in His holy name; let the heart of those rejoice who seek and require the Lord (as their indispensable necessity).

4. Seek, inquire of and for the Lord, and crave Him and His strength (His might and inflexibility to temptation, seek and require His face and His presence continually) evermore.

When we have the presence of the Lord dwelling inside of us, we have power to fight battles in happy ways. We fight with joy as we enjoy His company. He knows who are seeking Him for more and more.

To seek His face means to draw as near as possible to Him as we can. We want to be with Him and do what we can to be there. If we spend that time in His presence, it will cause us to be more like Him that will draw others to Him. Plus, it is the happiest place there is.

We are changed by His presence in ways we cannot understand. The devil cannot touch us. We are safely resting in peace. Less can go wrong. We only want more. We are able to see things we could not see before. We will win more battles because He is with us.

There is simply no reason not to seek His face. The good is so real and life becomes a blessing in ways we have not known before. This is our true reward and will protect us through the last days. And is His will for us.
