ISAIAH 28:15
15. Because you have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with Sheol (the place of the dead) we have an agreement; when the overwhelming scourge passes through, it will not come to us; for we have made lies our refuge, and in falsehood we have taken shelter.
Isaiah 28 talks about a destroying storm, an overflowing scourge and a decree of destruction. Because Israel complained to the Lord, He takes their words seriously and they reap the storm.
They made lies their refuge. They felt safe in their unbelief when judgment was at the door. How many are in that place today?
1 THESSALONIANS 5:3
3. When people are saying, all is well and secure, and there is peace and safety, then in a moment unforeseen destruction (ruin and death) will come upon them as suddenly as labor pains come upon a woman with child; and they shall by no means escape, for there will be no escape. Amp.
People do not want to hear that we are in the last days and judgment is at the door. They will believe any preacher who will promise them endless prosperity and peace all of their days. They are making lies their refuge. The Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth if you seek Him.
I love America, too. We have been blessed above all nations only because we began as a Light to the Nations to proclaim Jesus as the only way to salvation. But on this road, we have lost the way because of uninterrupted prosperity. The National Debt is ignored as if not accountable to anyone. The shedding of the blood of innocent children will not be pardoned. Judgment is inevitable for the USA.
These are precious days for us to blow the trumpet and bring warning to those blinded by this refuge of lies. He is answering prayers of the saints. He is saying Yes. He also loves America. His mercy is so much more than we deserve. But that is Who He is! So much more than we deserve in a Wonderful Saviour. But judgment is coming.
ISAIAH 28:19
19. As often as it passes through, it will take you; for morning by morning will it pass through, by day and by night; and it will be utter terror merely to hear and comprehend the report and the message of it (but only hard treatment and dispersion will make you understand God’s instruction). Amp.
He knows how to use His rod of correction. He used it on Israel, and He will use it on America. We will see death and destruction. Now is the time to Blow the trumpet of warning to all who sleep.
ISAIAH 28:22 Now therefore do not be scoffers, lest the bands which bind you be made strong. For a decree of destruction have I heard from the Lord God of hosts upon the whole land and the whole earth.

Blow the trumpet in Zion, sound the alarm. Let the Levite weep between the porches. God always sends a warning before destruction and like Nineveh, ‘if people repent and pray, then God will heal the land.’ The blowing of the trumpet is to warn the church to arise from her slumber and pray for the land! We cry for mercy. 🙏🏾❤️🙌🏾💖

He will forgive a remnant then at the end bring judgment on the wicked. We must prepare ourselves and others for this. It will be unlike anything we have ever known. It is coming. 🙏

As God said to Abraham, that He is the God of all the Earth, He will do right. Righteousness is his way, and seeks that in us. We believe in his saving grace, but the world must give account. You made a good point about the National debt being ignored, it resembles the sin of America, and no attempt for her (America) to repent, sin has been ignored also. Thank you, God bless.
