“GOD’S MYSTERY” DAY OF THE LORD – AUGUST 28, 2022

REVELATION 10:6-7

6. …that there should be time no longer:

7. But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as He hath declared to His servants the prophets.

What is the mystery of God?

Colossians 2:2 For my concern is that their hearts may be braced (comforted, cheered and encouraged) as they are knit together in love, that they may come to have all the abounding wealth and blessings of assured conviction and understanding, and that they may become progressively more intimately acquainted with, and may know more definitely and accurately and thoroughly, that mystic secret of God (which is Christ, the Anointed One.) Amp.

This is before the 7th Trumpet which says:

Revelation 11:15 The 7th angel then blew his trumpet and there were mighty voices in heaven, shouting, The dominion (kingdom, sovereignty, rule) of the world has now come into the possession and become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, the Messiah, and He shall reign forever and ever — for the eternities of the eternities.

He is saying in Rev. 10:6 that time is up. The mystery is Jesus and His redemptive gift of Salvation and it is now complete. His people have become filled with the Holy Spirit and have all of the wealth of Jesus’ attributes flowing inside of them.

His people are knit together perfectly in love and are family. Jesus is the Head of the Body and has come to take up His throne in the New Jerusalem. His body had to have been seated next to Him as it says in Ephesians 2:5-6. They have been dwelling in the heavenlies with Christ and have died to the earthly realm.

Colossians 2:9-10 For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead), continues to dwell in bodily form – giving complete expression of the divine nature.

10. And you are in Him, made full and have come to fullness of life – in Christ you too are filled with the God-head: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and reach full spiritual stature. And He is the Head of all rule and authority — of every angelic principality and power. Amp.

This explains what it means to be “In Christ,” which is also the “Dead in Christ.” We are to be filled to the fullness of the power of the Holy Spirit as we are filled with all the spiritual wealth that will cause us to lead an overcoming life.

Then God’s mystery is finished. His mystery is us. We will be complete, and He will come!
