Well, I have to sign off by 12:45, but I don’t go to sleep until around 2;30. I always sing and dance with my tambourine before I go to bed. I used to just exercise before I went to bed , but this is so much better. Cheryl and I both get out in the back at Church and dance. It is one of the best gifts He has ever given me. I feel so good now. Good Night Miss Tam!! 🤗🤗🤗
