ISAIAH 65:17-18
17. For, behold, I create new heaven and a new earth, and the former things shall not be remembered or come to mind. 18. But be glad and rejoice forever in that I create; for behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. Amp.
When the Lord makes all things new, He wipes out the old. All the bad memories will be gone. there will be no more weeping or distress. The wolf and the lamb shall feed together. They shall not hurt or destroy in all My holy Mount Zion, says the Lord (vs. 25).
Rev. 21:4 God will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall anguish — nor sorrow and mourning — nor grief nor pain anymore; for the old conditions and the former order of things have passed away. Amp.
Can we imagine living in a world with no pain? Joy will be the normal way to feel. He is going to make everything painful die. No more crying. No more hurt feelings. No more bad words spoken. No more arguments. No more unforgiveness. No more hurting each other. Love and peace will be flowing through everyone. We will be one.
He will make all things new! He who is victorious will inherit all these things.
Rev. 22:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and the murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone; which is the second death. KJV.
At the beginning of the list of who will be in the lake of fire is the fearful and unbelieving. Those two sins are probably the easiest for the Body of Christ to commit. His way is faith. We will not make it without faith. Now is the time for us to come aside and pray to the Holy Spirit asking for the help we need to increase our faith. And that usually means trials.
Faith is born in the storm. When you go through the storm, Jesus comes and stands by your side with all the needed strength to see you through. When the storm is over, you are not the same. You will never forget how He was with you. You will want Him always with you. It was a most blessed time.
We must see our troubles as opportunities to be with Jesus in a new way, learning a new lesson that we desperately need. That is the way to being victorious over our fears and unbelief.
Revelation 21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the Light thereof. KJV.
