ROMANS 8:29-30

29. For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.

30. Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called; and whom He called, them He also justified: and whom He justified, them He also glorified.

DEFINITIONS

Predestinate -c) predetermine.

Called -c) bid, call forth.

Justified -c) to render as just or innocent.

Glorified -c) to render glorious, honor, magnify.

The Lord always has a plan for each of us. Sometimes we let troubles and circumstances steal our faith and we forget this wonderful fact. These scriptures are stating that He has already laid out His plan for us. He has ordained it. That is pretty much a sure thing. All we have to do is walk in it by cooperating with the Holy Spirit.

We each have this calling as He renders us innocent by the Blood of Jesus. We are only justified through our faith in the blood of Jesus. Sometimes it may be hard to believe that He loves us so very much that He would wipe out our sin and choose not to remember them. But that is exactly what He does.

When He Glorified Jesus, He put Him in the position where He would receive more honor than all. He knows how to do this. He lifted Him high above all and will cause every knee to bow to Him. We will see it. What a glorious day that will be!

Then as He has done for Jesus, He will do for us. How will He do this? We will share all that Jesus has and is. He never wants to keep all of His glorious riches to Himself. He desires to share all He is with us. We have been given such a special calling. The angels do not have what we have. We must take it more seriously as the end grows near and we see His will unfold for us.

Romans 9:23 And that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had afore prepared unto glory. KJV
