“WHERE SHE MIGHT FLY” MAY 28, 2022 SCRIPTURE AND SONG

REVELATION 12:14

But the woman was supplied with the two wings of a giant eagle, so that she might fly from the presence of the serpent into the desert (wilderness, to the retreat) where she is to be kept safe and fed for a time, and a time, and times, and a half a time (three and one-half years, or twelve hundred sixty days). Amp.

The woman is the bride and is not raptured away at this time or she would not need to fly away from the presence of the serpent. She needs the extra strength that would lift her above the earthly realm into the heavenly realm where she is safe. Note that she has the option that she “might” fly from the presence of the serpent. It is always up to us.

Her retreat is a spiritual place of safety. Ephesians 2:6 He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together giving us joint seating with Him in the heavenly sphere by virtue of our being in Christ Jesus, the Messiah, the Anointed One.

The two wings are the power of the Holy Spirit that lifts our spirits into the heavenly realm where we are safe. Our prayer life must be the continuous habit of our day. We cannot be up and down about it. We must be determined to be in earnest about the way we pray. We must know in our heart how important it is or we will not be victorious in prayer.

We must have our time of praise and worship everyday allowing the presence of God to come into our life and protect us. This is our strength. And it is a growing thing that we must increase.

This is our safety in these last days from the enemy. He will do everything he can to stop you because he knows how much power there is in prayer and worship. Jesus is always there by your side and His presence is your protection.

Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. KJV.

The Hebrew definition for wait is “to bind together.” This is a time of waiting as you are seeking the Lord in the secret place as your heart and His heart are bound together as One. He is preparing us for the New Day when His Name is One.

Zechariah 14:9 And the Lord shall be King over all the earth; in that day the Lord shall be One (in recognition and worship of men) and His name One. Amp.

Let us be bound together with Him now.
