PSALM 145:5-7
5. Of the glorious splendor of Your majesty, and of your wondrous works, I will meditate.
6. Men shall speak of the might of your tremendous and terrible acts, and I will declare Your greatness.
7. They shall pour forth (as a fountain) the fame of Your great and abundant goodness and shall sing aloud of your rightness and justice. Amp.
We must spend time seeking the Lord in prayer and worship to discover the splendor of His majesty. His beauty and glory come to His cleansed set apart saints. The more we come the more He is revealed. I have said before that the best time for worship is after prayer. It is like we spend time in prayer pulling down heaven. If we just go our own way after prayer, we lose so very much.
He is revealing His latter-day Glory as never before. I know for me My worship is the best part of my day. It always changes me and takes away any sadness. If anything is wrong, I know His glory will correct it during My worship.
We have to expect certain forms of persecution in these last days. We may not suffer like those who suffer at the hand of Radical Islam, but we still have false accusers and rejection from many angles. It is during our worship that He pours His presence into us and fills us with His love and joy that can flow like a fountain.
We are filled to overflowing abundantly singing His praises and it shows in our countenance to those around us and should at church. We should go to church not looking to be filled but get filled at home and take it to our brothers and sisters who are in need.
When we are set free to worship the Lord it should set our feet a dancing and our heart rejoicing so that others will be affected by what is flowing from us. We should be filled with His great goodness and not our own weakness. If we are wasting time with media in any form, it can cause the Holy Spirit to leak out and make us dry. This is the time to be happy in our service to the Lord. Our joy should be that clearly manifested and a good witness to others.
We are to think on whatever is pure. If we are hassled by the enemy with negative thoughts all day, it is hard to be joyful. We must choose to think on the good. I am not always successful, but I am growing. It is hard for me at times to be positive. I tend to remember too many bad times. We must pray for His help, and He will give it. Most of the time He will use a song to set us free. These are spots that must go! Let us continually drink from His fountain!
John 4:14 But whoever takes a drink of the water that I give him shall never, no never be thirsty any more. But the water that I will give him shall become a spring of water welling up (flowing, bubbling) continually within him unto eternal life. Amp.
