ISAIAH 54:17

No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of Me, saith the Lord. KJV.

DEFINITIONS

Prosper -d) to succeed, thrive.

Condemn -d) convict, declare guilty of wrongdoing.

We all have times of battle with the enemy. Some bigger than others. Some of the little ones can come over and over making them as hard to deal with as the bigger ones.

If we are truly trusting in the Blood of Jesus and His saving power in our life we are justified and can claim Is. 54:17.

It has brought me comfort many times. The Lord would remind me in a song that “No weapon that is formed against me shall prosper.” I was encouraged and knew the victory was coming. That does not mean that the Lord will not use it in my life to teach me His ways. Sometimes we must endure painful circumstances that we would rather avoid. I am sure Jesus had many circumstances He would have liked to avoid. But He endured all for us.

We can endure any hardship temporarily when we know it will not succeed. We know the victory has already been ordained for us to have. This is temporary and we will come out on top if we do not waver but keep on believing this promise to us.

We will be the victor’s and those who have wrongly accused us will be made known.
