“VICTORY OVER THE BEAST” MARCH 10, 2022 SCRIPTURE AND SONG

REVELATION 15:1-2

1. And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous, seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
2. And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

This is before the 7 Vials are poured out. Up to now there has been great tribulation that is meant to refine the saints. They will be in the place of victory and be given harps from God to be in His presence during the wrath that is being poured out, but they are saved and delivered from judgment. Eph. 2 :8. The glassy sea is a place of peace and a reward. Rom.1:10

What must they overcome to be victorious?

1. The Beast
2. His Image
3. His Mark
4. The Number of His Name

THE BEAST

I believe this is an evil spirit with more power than any before. He is copying God as He is threefold, puts his mark on them as in Rev. 14:1 and wants a powerful name.

His Image

Satan is the Prince of the Air. What comes through the airwaves? Just look back at how television started and how the evil has grown. How much time does the average person spend with the Media every day? How much time does He spend with God? We are to set our minds on what is above and keep them there, not on the things of the earth. Col. 3:2

His Mark

Who do you serve? Either self is on the throne of your heart, the Lord or the Anti-Christ spirit. It is about who you love and how your life is ruled by it. Our worship is very important to the Lord. If He is not the biggest necessity of your life, then you are not serving God.

The Number of His Name

Man was created on the 6th day same as the beasts. Man was given dominion. (Gen.1:26). He was created in the image of God but fell therefore not complete without the cross. The cross brings man into perfection, completeness and into the sabbath rest of God. God rested on the 7th day. The Holy Spirit must reign in man’s heart to complete him into the image of God he was created to be.

The number 666 is not the number of one man but the number of all men. We are in need of perfection in three areas of our being. We must be cleansed and perfected in all three – our heart, — our mind, — our body.

Matthew 22:37 We must learn to love the Lord with all our that we are. Then we are complete and ready for victory.
