Zechariah 8:12 For there shall be the seed sowing of peace and prosperity; the vine shall yield her fruit, and the ground shall give its increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to inherit and possess all these things. Amp.

Peace – c) safe, well, happy, rest, favor, quietness, health, prosperity, welfare

Fruit -c) bough, reward

Dew – d) anything refreshing, pure, etc.

The Lord is talking about the last days remnant or Army of God. This is the third part that He is bringing through the fire, Zech.13:9. These have been purged by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning as it says in Isaiah 4:4.

Daniel 11:32 … but the people who know their God shall prove themselves strong and shall stand firm, and do exploits (for God).

35. And some of those who are wise, prudent and understanding shall be weakened and fall; thus the insincere among the people will lose courage and become deserters. It will be a test to refine, to purify and make those among God’s people white, even to the time of the end; because it is yet for the time God appointed.

One big controversy about the end times is whether the Church will have to suffer the tribulation period. There are too many scriptures that point out the remnant going through the fire. This is the elect of God, Jerusalem, the mountain of the Lord. If any would have been raptured before the tribulation period, it would have been the elect. This is our testing time. Without it, what would we have?

No one can purify themselves. We need the Lord to hold on to when times get rough. Without Him we would grow very discouraged and give up. It is His love that keeps us in the fire. This remnant has a love in their heart that was placed their by the Father and is stronger than death. He will always protect the ones that love Him.

Always with any suffering there is a blessed afterward. His peace has all the blessings packed in one lump. The dew, the fruit, the increase all come from their prayer life or the seeds they have sown. They must reap a great reward. What is their reward (besides Jesus)?

Zechariah 8:22-23 Yes, many people and strong nations shall come to Jerusalem to seek, inquire of and require (to fill their own urgent need) the Lord of Hosts, and to pray to the Lord for His favor.

23. Thus says the Lord of Hosts: In those days ten men, out of all languages of the nations, shall take hold of the robe of him who is a Jew, saying, Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.

So many people are like these cedars of old! God’s axes of trials have stripped them bare, and yet we can see no reason for such harsh and difficult circumstances. But God has a noble goal and purpose in mind: to place them as everlasting pillars and rafters in His heavenly Zion. And He says to them, “You will be a crown of splendor in the Lord’s hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your God” (Is.62:3).

  1. Does your blog have a contact page? I’m having trouble locating it but, I’d like to shoot you an email. I’ve got some ideas for your blog you might be interested in hearing. Either way, great website and I look forward to seeing it develop over time.

  2. I love your blog.. very nice colors & theme. Did you design this website yourself or did you hire someone to do it for you? Plz answer back as I’m looking to construct my own blog and would like to know where u got this from. appreciate it

    1. I truly pray about everything. This was no different. The Lord helped me because I had no clue as to what I was doing. But now I can tell you the theme I used was Anemone. The widgets are where you find all kind of fun stuff. I think what makes it look better are the background colors and pictures which I found in the Widgets. But they may have changed it all around by now. You can do it! Good luck Grant Rolley!
