PSALM 93

  1. The Lord reigneth, He is clothed with majesty; the Lord is clothed with strength, where-with He hath girded Himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
  2. Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.
  3. The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.
  4. The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.
  5. Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh Thine house, O Lord, forever. KJV.

The Lord Reigns! He is the Almighty ruler of all. He has the final say of everything. He must have all of our respect and devotion. He is the creator of all and can take our breath away in a moment. If we do not bow our knee to Him in humble adoration, we have nothing.

He is clothed with majesty – His glory – His beauty – His goodness – His dignity – His power!

He created the world and put it in its place. Until He says for it to move, it ain’t going anywhere. It cannot be moved. His throne has been there for all time. He has always been. How can we have any grievance against Him. He is Almighty perfection. We are but dust, and yet He hears our prayers.

He has created Jerusalem to share all that He is with them. Rev. 21:11 says they are clothed in God’s glory. How is this possible when He is so far above all? Because He is so good and wants to share His goodness with those who love Him.

Just think of how mighty the waves of the sea and how destructive they can be. And yet He is mightier than the noise and the waves of the sea! Do we bow to such power?

All the works He has done are very sure and deserves our respect. Holiness is what He is and is looking to fill His people. Holiness is being set apart for Him. We must be separated, and He will make us eternally Holiness.

He has made all things and reigns supreme. We must bow the knee and serve the Almighty Who reigns. We must look to Thee for help. I am desiring to be a part of that great assembly. Too many to number.
