This is the day,
He has made for us,
made for us to shine!
So, let it be thus!

Darkness covers the earth.
But His Light shines.
Many are hurting,
as His fire refines.

But only good I see,
as His Light shines,
so strong and clear for me,
living the signs of the times.

He makes Himself known,
when His Light shines,
for His blood to atone,
as my life He aligns.

Rise and shine thy Light is come.
It is risen upon thee,
making you bright as the Sun,
setting the captive free!
