“SHALL REJOICE AND BLOSSOM AS THE ROSE” DAY OF THE LORD MARCH 2, 2023

ISAIAH 35:1-2

1. The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose.
2. It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God. KJV

I have had other posts about this scripture. It is such a happy one. I believe it is talking about the last days. This is the woman in Revelation 12 who is supplied with 2 wings of a giant eagle that she might fly from the presence of the serpent into the desert (wilderness), to be kept safe.

She is in the desert or wilderness, and it blossoms. A desert has no water and no flowers. It has a lot of sand and parched dry ground. What makes it blossom but the Holy Spirit. The wings are the Holy Spirit. She is given the excellency of Carmel (meaning fruitful). She is given the plain of Sharon (meaning making to prosper).

She has seen the glory of the Lord, the majesty and splendor of our God. This is the refiners fire and the place of testing. She is changed by being in the presence of the Lord. She is so very happy. This is what happens when the Holy Spirit pours out. What is the outcome?

Abundance is the outcome, in every way. It affects others that they receive their sight and hearing. It is like the dead men’s bones of Ezekiel coming to life. And streams pour forth in the desert supernaturally.

He is coming with His rewards and that is what this is. A really big reward. The end result is a holy way. He is bringing forth a holy people. Let us become this holy people!
