Malachi 4:2 But unto you that fear My name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in in His wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
3. And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.
This last days prophecy is a reward and special blessing to the holy remnant. They have been fighting the good fight and are getting victories.
The Lord said He would bring His rewards with Him when He returns. The wicked will become stubble as the righteous receive healing and great joy.
They will overcome their enemies and that will bring them great joy as a young calf happily jumping about.
The final blessing of the chapter —- He will send His remnant to gather in the last days harvest in the Spirit of Elijah the prophet. Many will be drawn by the Lord as He answers many, many prayers.
What a great day of rejoicing that will be for the righteous. What a sad day of judgment for the wicked.
Even so, Come quickly Lord Jesus!
